We do that by only using natural fruit extracts & essences, adding just a hint of sweetness with organic agave & a pinch of Stevia, and including mineral electrolytes for hydration. The result is a delicious hint of flavor in your water that you can feel great about!

For 2.1oz H2WOW:

Pour 8 ounces of your favorite water; tap, filtered, sparkling, alkaline, spring. Give the bottle of H2WOW a good shake and then squeeze 2 one-second squeezes (½ teaspoon) into your water. And that’s it, you just made delicious, flavored water. Drink up and repeat!

For 11oz H2WOW:

Pour 1 liter of your favorite water. We love a big batch of water to share; in a Mason jar, a SodaStream, or a pitcher. Give the bottle of H2WOW a good shake and squeeze 4-5 quick squirts. And that’s it, you just made delicious flavored water! Remember, sharing is caring.

Nope! In fact, that is why H2WOW was created, to be a clean, artificial-free water enhancer. H2WOW does NOT use artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or preservatives - we do not like them! We do NOT use artificial or chemical sweeteners that are commonly found in other bottled beverages and water enhancers, such as Acesulfame, Aspartame, or Sucralose. H2WOW does NOT use artificial or chemical flavors or colors such as Blue 1, Red 40, and Yellow Lake 40 (that is why H2WOW is clear!)

H2WOW is meant to be a subtle flavoring, adding just a hint of natural flavor to your water. However, you may decide to add more or less than the recommended amount to fit your specific taste preferences. Just squeeze more or less into the substrate and enjoy!

Our approach to sweetness is all about balance. We think there’s a need for some natural sweetness in our product to help round out the flavor profile, without going over the top. So, H2WOW is sweetened with a hint of organic agave & a pinch of natural Stevia. There’s still less than 1g of sugar per serving!

H2WOW does not come into contact with any animal products, meat or dairy, during production. However, we are not certified Kosher.

H2WOW is free of all of the top 8 allergens. This means that it does not contain milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.

No, do not drink H2WOW straight from the bottle. Always dilute it in water or your beverage of choice!

​​H2WOW has a pH level of 2.2 – 2.5, depending on the flavor, which is about the same level as lemon juice. When it comes to pH levels, “concentration has a greater significance” (source) than the pH strength. That’s why we advise to always dilute the product before consuming. While nothing bad will happen to you, it won’t be the optimal experience.

Yes, H2WOW is low glycemic. It is safe for most diabetics to drink H2WOW when it is used in the recommended serving size and diluted as recommended on the bottle.  However, make sure to consult your doctor if you have specific concerns.

Yes! All of the ingredients in H2WOW’s products are recognized as safe for the general population, children included! H2WOW is a great way to get kids to drink more water and is a delicious alternative to sugary beverages.

H2WOW does not require refrigeration but we recommend putting it in the fridge after opening for best taste. H2WOW tastes best up to 30 days after opening the bottle or as indicated by the best-by-date printed on the packaging.

Yes, the BPA-free H2WOW bottles are fully recyclable in most cases.
